The City of Port Jervis' 77th Halloween parade will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025. For boys and girls and adults! Line-up is at 3 pm on Hammond Street in front of City Hall. The parade starts at 3:30 pm.
Parade route is as follows: Sussex St.- Front St.- Pike St.- East Main St.- Ulster Place. Parade ends at Farnum Park where refreshments will be served and prizes awarded.
Prizes for Most Original, Funniest, Prettiest, Scariest, and Best Group will be awarded.
The parade is sponsored by The Port Jervis Elks Lodge #645 and Shoprite of Westfall, PA. Open to pets (must be leashed).
